Sophie is an artist from London and is best known for her charismatic engaging Portraits.

Working from life at exclusive product launches and events, Sophie can capture a life like portrait in minutes. Sophie's technical ability exceeds in the studio where she paints a true refection of her sitters over time in oils. "I like to convey portraits in their natural settings, as I feel this shows a true reflection of an individual. I enjoy the challenge of capturing an accurate representation as well as an essence of the sitter's personality."

 

​Sophie has exhibited in The National Gallery in the BP Portrait Award, the most prestigious portrait completion in the world and was selected as a semi finalist in the Royal Society of British Artists.

Sophie has been commissioned by celebrities, high profile individuals, as well as The British Army.

Painting people and capturing features with minimal mark making inspired Sophie’s own Clothing. Sophie also paints on clothes and shoes with liner faces from her imagination and personalises her products with clients faces of choice.

As well as painting portraits Sophie also likes to experiment and work in all mediums from: oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, pen and pencil. varying her medium to portray her subject matter in its best light. Sophie paints scenes, landscapes to Still Life's.
